By purchasing from Up in Flames London, you agree to the following terms:

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless an item is faulty.
• We do not allow modifications to orders once they have been placed. PLEASE READ SIZE GUIDES CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING.
• Responsibility for Incorrect Information: We are not responsible for any issues arising
from incorrect information provided during the checkout process.
• International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties,
taxes, or import fees. These are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.

Shipping Policy

• UK Domestic Orders: Typically ship within 5-10 working days from the date of order.
• International Orders: Typically ship within 5-15 working days, unless a pre-order ship
date is provided. Please note that international shipments may take longer due to customs
processes in your country.
• Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.
• Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These charges vary by country and are outside of our control.
• Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment, you may be held responsible for both the
original shipping charges and any return courier costs.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Any claims must be made through the mail carrier or courier service.

Returns and Exchanges

• No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to arrange a return or exchange.
• Refunds: Refunds are only issued for faulty items and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to inspect the item before processing any refund.
