5. Shipping Policy

 Domestic Orders (UK):
Orders within the United Kingdom are typically dispatched within 5 to 10 working days from the date of order.
International Orders:
International orders are generally dispatched within 5 to 15 working days, unless a pre-order ship date is provided. Please note that international shipments may be delayed due to customs processing in the destination country.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to pay any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Customs regulations may vary by jurisdiction, and we are unable to control or predict the amount of such charges.
In the event that you refuse a shipment from us, you will remain responsible for any and all shipping charges, including the cost of return shipping.

6. Returns and Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or defective. If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item for a return to be processed.
